Individual therapy - Adults

Fee: £60 for 50 minutes (online and in-person)

What could change in your life if you stopped simply coping and started truly understanding yourself?

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from yourself, or struggling with experiences that are affecting your confidence, relationships or everyday life. Therapy gives you the space to understand what’s holding you back and discover new ways of moving forward.

I can help you re-build on your strengths, develop practical tools and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My aim is to help you feel more confident, resilient and in control, so you can create meaningful change and move towards a life that feels more fulfilling and true to you.

Individual therapy - Children 11+

Fee: £60 for 50 minutes (online and in-person)

What might change for your young person if they felt truly heard, understood and confident in who they are?

Growing up can bring challenges that are difficult for young people to navigate alone. They may be experiencing bullying, anxiety, low self-esteem, friendship difficulties, family changes, trauma or simply struggling to understand and manage their emotions.

Therapy provides a safe, supportive space where they can talk openly without judgement and begin to make sense of what they’re experiencing. I’ll work at their pace, using age-appropriate and engaging approaches to help them build confidence, develop practical coping tools and feel more able to manage life’s challenges.

My aim is to help your young person recognise their strengths, understand themselves better and feel empowered to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Couples therapy

Fee: £95 for 1.5 Hours (online and in-person)

What could change in your relationship if you both felt truly heard, understood and able to reconnect?

Relationships can go through difficult periods. You may be struggling with miscommunication, frequent arguments, resentment, loss of intimacy, feeling emotionally disconnected or simply finding yourselves stuck in the same painful patterns. Sometimes there may have been an affair, a breakdown of trust or a significant life change that has left you unsure how to move forward together.

Couples therapy provides a safe, supportive space to slow things down and understand what is happening beneath the conflict. I can help you explore your individual needs, communication patterns and the experiences that have shaped your relationship, while developing practical ways to communicate, rebuild trust and reconnect. Whether you’re hoping to repair what has been damaged or simply create a stronger relationship, therapy can help you understand each other differently and find a healthier way forward together.
