Supervision
Good supervision is an essential part of safe, ethical and effective therapeutic practice. It gives you space to step back from your client work, reflect on your practice and feel supported in the complexities that can come with being a therapist.
My supervision is relational, collaborative and evidence-focused, helping you build confidence in your clinical decision-making while keeping your clients’ wellbeing and best interests at the heart of your work.

How I work with you during supervison
Supervision is more than a space to discuss your client work, it’s a relational, supportive space for you to reflect, grow and develop confidence in your practice.
I remember when I first started out as a therapist and how much I valued having a supervisor I could turn to. Supervision gave me the safety, confidence and reassurance I needed to know that I was approaching my work thoughtfully and doing the right thing for my clients. It gave me someone to reflect with, ask questions of and lean on when I wasn’t quite sure. So it is now a great privilege I can do the same for other therapists and counsellors.
Therapeutic work can sometimes feel isolating, particularly when you’re carrying the responsibility of supporting others. Knowing you have someone to turn to for guidance and a different perspective can make a profound difference, not only to your confidence as a therapist, but to the quality and safety of the work you provide.
My approach is evidence-focused, thoughtful and collaborative, providing a safe space to explore complex cases, professional challenges, ethical questions and your own responses to the work. With a broad range of therapeutic training and experience across different approaches and techniques, I can offer thoughtful guidance and support that is tailored to your individual practice, client work and professional development. I can help deepen your clinical understanding, strengthen your confidence and ensure that your clients’ needs and best interests remain at the heart of your practice. Whether you’re newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, supervision offers an opportunity to reflect and feel supported in the work you do.
